If we are supplying a bespoke item which is subject to any specification such as size, colour or texture, you are responsible for making sure these specifications are correct.
We do not offer returns or refunds on bespoke items or items modified from standard specifications as they are made to your requirements.
The burden of proof that the delivered products are not in conformity to what was agreed upon lies with the Client.
If you would like to return, you have 14 working days to return the items after receiving them. You will be responsible for the return of the goods to us to be in the condition in which they were sent and any cost incurred (ie. shipping costs). We are not responsible for any returns costs.
Shipping costs for ALL products are non-refundable.

Goods must be returned using a tracked service and using our phone number 07919153116 or email address enquiries@rustandroast.co.uk as the contact. Please take out insurance on the parcel for your protection, as we are unable to issue a refund if any damages occur.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon delivery and either report any damage to the driver or refuse the delivery. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you. We are not responsible for this.
